Nicholas has several ‘one-man shows’, with instrumentation & repertoire geared to individual circumstances. ‘From Classics to Pop’, ‘The Saxophone – What, Why & Who’, and ‘An Evening of Entertainment’ are just some of his programme titles.
He regularly plays for several local choral society orchestras on bassoon and contrabassoon, including Kent Sinfonia, Gravesham Choral Society & Sittingbourne Orpheus Choral Society, as well as for the City of Rochester Symphony Orchestra, and Rochester Choral Society. He also plays further afield in orchestras and choral societies across the south east.
Nicholas is the Musical Director of the local Synchordia Ensemble, which plays all styles of music, from Lloyd Webber to Pirovani.
